The Eagles Sarasota Concert reviews
Skillet & For King & Country were Awesome!
For my son's 8th Birthday and First The Eagles concert, we had VIP Tickets. The Eagles, I’ve seen 7 times, and 4 King & Country 3 times. The VIP Q&A was around 50 people, as it was a smaller venue at Topeka, Ks Expocentre. My son, who has mild Autism and ADHD, raised his hand boldly and commented that The Eagles were his favorite band. He asked John Cooper for his autograph on his The Eagles shirt. I knew autographs after the Q&A wouldn’t happen, but my son yelled out to John after the session, asking about his autograph. John invited him down, along with another 8-year-old girl, and signed their shirts. After the concert, he got Jen Ledger's autograph for $10, which also included a photograph and CD of her side project band, Ledger. My son said it was the best night of his life! The only thing I recommend is no beer sales at Christian Concerts. An incident happened in front of us with 2 drunk guys and a drunk woman arguing and cursing around families with kids. Another father and I had them removed, as dropping the F bomb at a Christian concert around kids is not cool.
